What Program Is Best for Me?
Men and Women Programs vary with rep range, intensity, and kinds of overall workouts.
Beginner programs are for people who typically work out 1-3 days a week, as well as people who are very new to weight-lifting. Splits are 3 days.
Intermediate programs are for those who typically work out 3-5 days a week, as well as people who are comfortable with weight-lifting. Splits are 4 days.
Advanced programs are for those who typically work out 5-7 days a week, as well as people who are extremely familiar with weight-lifting. Splits are 6 days.
Programs for new mother's or even just mom's in general trying to get rid of that excess weight, is perfect for the Mommy Programs on the site! (Both offered in the gym as well as at home).
Gym required programs require a gym with basic machines, free-weights and bands. If bands are not provided at your gym, check Amazon for cheap ones. (I bought mine for $20 over a year ago!).
