Soooo, for those of you who do not know, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) are a government run operation who work under the Health and Human Services department. Their job is EXTREMELY important. They oversee that everything that is produced in supermarkets, veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices are all safe for use for the population. They even oversee cosmetics too! Unfortunately however, they do NOT oversee "supplements". Due to this, it is hard to truly trust supplements due to the fact that they do not have to legally put their ingredients on the label. Some supplements can be extremely harmful in not only short term effects, but long term as well.
It can be hard finding a supplement that is right for you, especially if you are on other medications that can have physiological affects. (Increased blood pressure, heart rate, etc). The supplements I take have been carefully looked into by those who are familiar with pharmaceutical products. These products I stand by:

Another thing that I truly stand by, (however, is not a supplement that you buy at GNC), is apple cider vinegar.
Benefits of apple cider vinegar:
- Lowers blood sugar
- Lowers insulin levels
- Reduces fat storage
- Increases metabolism levels
- Burns fat
Although this isn't something that GNC or Vitamin Shoppe sells, it can easily be picked up in any supermarket or even drug store in some cases! It's extremely useful & effective from my personal experience. This is a good way to introduce the new idea of fat burner through supplements to your body, without having to spend an arm & a leg.
