How It's Done:

Every week I will review your progress, edit your program and send out a new weeks worth of workouts. I will be able to personally manage you, build you workouts, give you workout templates for days you feel like doing extra, track progress and give you an exercise library. 

Each month is $45. Student discounts (only valid via student I.D.) is $30 a month. 

In person training sessions are each 60 minutes for $40. Student rate: $20.
